At the Bank Counter, a customer showed up to withdraw from an Account .

His demand was above the transfer limit of the Account in question. After checking the profile of the Account, the Customer service person noticed a change in the facial contour.

The customer service person started asking the question of changes seen physically and the virtual one in the Banking core. The boy keep on insisting that he is the one because of facial resemblance.

But the boy; Mr Pabro insisted that he is the main person that owns the Account. His face is familiar within the people in banking hall. So it becomes hard for everyone to doubt the fact the Mr pabro is not genuine. Only for a new staff working as be-the-made suggested that biometric should be applied on the customer.

The customer service personnel has withdrawn the cash from the system ; waiting for a pickup, when the BM called to do his own more verification.

The Withdrawn cash was brought to the Bank Manager and the Facial expressions printed from the system. When Mr Pabro was called to come into the Manager's office the final verification and payment, he was no where to be found.

The manager waited for more than 30min; then ordered the security guard to get Me Pabro Solomon to his office now. But Mr Pabro Solomon has left unnoticed because his fraudulent activity was discovered..
